DMCA & Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid notices.

1) Our Policy

BoardReview.Courses (“we”, “our”) complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA). On receiving a valid notice, we investigate and—where appropriate—remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and/or links.

2) How to Submit a Takedown Notice

  1. Signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
  3. Location of the material on BoardReview.Courses (exact URL(s) and, if relevant, file names/IDs).
  4. Your contact info: name, address, phone, and email.
  5. Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  6. Accuracy & authority statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”

3) Counter-Notice

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic).
  2. Identification of the material removed/disabled and its prior location.
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that the removal/disablement was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone, and email.
  5. Statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court where you reside (or where we are located if outside your country) and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

4) Repeat Infringers

Where applicable, we may restrict or terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove content or disable links at our discretion to protect rights holders.

5) Important Notes

  • Delivery Channels: We provide educational materials via secure cloud links (primarily Google Drive; also pCloud or Mega on request). Valid notices for listings, metadata, or links on our site will be processed.
  • Accuracy: Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices/counter-notices may result in legal liability.
  • Timing: We generally respond quickly after receiving a complete notice.
